Playing PS2 again

So I got my ps2 back up and running. So I'm starting over with x-men to see if I can level my guys higher this time and work on different skills. Instead of doing more attacks work on other abilities. Going to work through it slower more methodically this time.

A new technique I learned

So my friend James came over. He showed me a technique for figuring out the problem with his deck in naruto. Basically you place all the cards out by the turn they come out. I figure this would work for other types of decks too.

Dojo Days

I talked with the guy at Labryth Games about it and gave him a printout of it. He said he would talk to the L5R players. So we'll see how it goes. One thing is the samurai fund is like 16,000 dollars. It would be nice to see someone from the area getting a chunk of that.

Personally, I think it would be cool if in a game engine your could make it so that players of a game could vote on which features they would like to have. For example, they could vote on which things they would like to see happen. Perhaps have a few other things as well developed.

Getting into L5R.

Considered getting a book on the secrets of the Lion clan. It might help roleplay the character better. I think I'm leaning toward a Lion Shuga (priest). Anyway, I might be able to play next saturday. Have to see what happens.
